Right Kite Size

I'm very new to the sport of kiteboarding. I've been flying the trainer kite for 3 months now, and have taken a couple of lesson from the local kite shop. I purchased my first kite which is a Contra3 14m. I was told that this was the most appropriate kite for the light winds in our area. I'm a little concerned if this really is the right kite size for me since I only weigh 135 lbs. Lately the winds here have averaged about 16 mph with gusts of 20-21 mph. Just want to get an opinion if this is the right kite size for me or not. Most of the kiteboarders fly the same size kite but their a lot bigger than me.
